Can I be Pregnant: There is nothing about having a swollen abdomen and diagnosing pregnancy. Early pregnancy would not include a swollen and hard abdomen. But this discussion is moot. If you were sexual during your ovulation and you have missed a period then it is time to do a pregnancy test. Pregnancy tests are how pregnancy is diagnosed.
