Yes: There are Clotrimazole creams specifically formulated for vaginal yeast infections. An example is Gyne-Lotrimin 3. This product is for vaginal use only. Clotrimazole is formulated many different ways. So if you are using a topical Clotrimazole cream, you must read the package to determine if it can be used vaginally or not. Best wishes!
