Maybe: A constellation of (generally mild) symptoms constitute the personal "normal" for each woman during periods, however influenced by genetic factors and variable over time. Some may even suffer excessive appetite. At certain age, or for other reasons symptoms may change.Question is:what is your personal normalcy?Since any substantial changes from it deserve a comment from your dr/gyn. Best wishes.
