Trachea : Hello, if something was stuck in your windpipe or trachea, you would know immediately. Choking, gagging, coughing and lightheadedness would surely occur. You wouldn't be able to sign onto health tap and pose this question. Go to the er if you are concerned.

Not necessarily: I disagree with other physicians. You can aspirate objects and not know. I have removed many objects from kids that happened days prior that only came to light after they developed a pneumonia. Kids often can't or won't tell parents that they aspirated something (food- like a seed or toy). If you have concerns, get checked out.
