No, not if isolated: Case. If it were to happen frequently, i would suggest consult with a neurologist and a GI specialist. I have never heard of the term scatosomnia, pooping while you sleep although most people have an occasional poopy night's sleep. You may have just been dreaming you were going to the washroom and didn't actually get up to go. Embarrassing and frustrating, but medically harmless.
