Not really: If it is a nonsmoker, then no, should be 95%+ as "normal." lower can indicate lung infection or function abnormality. Smokers or persons with lung diseases often have lower saturations like this. If no explanation, should see dr for exam and probably chest xray ; breathing treatment(s).
