Hand foot: Mouth disease is quite literally what the name suggests. Jaw pain can be secondary due to clenching or grinding that is concurrently occurring. Best to see your physician or dentist. Hope this helps.

Not likely: Hand, foot and mouth disease is characterized by sores in the mouth and a rash on the hands and feet. If you have jaw pain not related to sores in your mouth, then not due to that disorder. See your dentist or oral surgeon for exam.
