Are you sure?: There is no relevance to an 'average' size. A dictyate primary oocyte is between 9-25 micrometers in diameter, a mature primary oocyte surrounded by granulosa can be around 600 micrometers. Is this really what you want to know? You cannot actively observe oocytes during menstruation.
