Define 'mix': If you're sick, it's ok to take dayquil in the daytime and nyquil at night. Just be sure to look at the directions and take note of how much Acetaminophen you are taking. If you combine cold medicines within too short of a timeframe, you can harm yourself by injuring your liver.
