what does pulse of 102after excercise means?

It depends: It all really depends on the context of the exercise, and how soon after exercise finishes. In general, however, the faster one's heart rate recovers after completing exercise, the more fit an individual is. But to give a general sense, a heart rate of 102 two minutes after jogging three miles would be completely normal.
