Still faint, be seen: Bleeding after delivery is common and "heavy" is relative. Bleeding can be from tears, uterine weakness or poor contraction after placenta delivered (called atony), retained placenta, bleeding abnormalities. It is common to have some bleeding for even several weeks afterwards but it should get lighter and less. If you a dizzy/faint you may have lost a lot f blood so get checked.
