Cesarian section: Sextuplets might occur after hormional stimulation with clomid (clomiphene). Hopefully, never again after ivf, because no more than 3 embryos should ever be implanted at a time. Vaginal delivery of 6 babies would be far too dangerous specially for the last few to be delivered. Hence c-section.
