Very low: A count of 5, 000 is very low. Normal is 20 million or more. With this kind of a level, it will be difficult to get pregnant without ivf/ icsi. You should consider rechecking it to make sure it is real and see a urologist if there is anything that can be done to improve it. Otherwise, you will need to see a fertility specialist to discuss ivf.
