And your question is: If you are concerned that the pain is due to a pregnancy, it probably isn't, as long as the protection you used was used properly. Low back pain is not a typical first sign or symptom of pregnancy anyway. Wait until your period is due and do a pregnancy test if there is any delay, and you'll know.
