Perfectly normal: Since you have a dissociative disorder this is perfectly normal. Your body can't tell the difference between good and bad touch as a child and you experience arousal. Yet other senses are experiencing nausea, disgust, distaste. When these are experienced simultaneously they get linked together in your mind when you experience the same or a similar experience in adulthood or recollect in your mind.
