Birth Control: On every package for birth control, and the doctor's advice you got and the pharmacy instructions all said the same thing: one cannot rely on birth control the first month. One has to protect against pregnancy with condoms or other methods when starting birth control! so yes, pregnancy us possible.

If you just started: The oral contraceptive - some require a month of use before they are fully protective. If that is not the case, the chance of being pregnant after missing one pill is low. Please take a pregnancy test if you miss your period. Take care.
