Low chance: There is no 100% way to avoid the risk of sexually transmitted diseases, including hiv, when you have sex. Condoms certainly reduce the risk.

No concern: Everyone who is sexually active should get an HIV test once in a while. But you don't need to worry about HIV from having sex with a condom. That's why it's called "safe sex.".
