Unclear: I'm unclear as to what 'concuption' is? Do you mean you think you conceived a week ago? A test wouldn't be positive that soon after. Fatigue, back and stomach pain can be due to many different factors, having nothing to do with pregnancy. A woman has some vaginal discharge every day, that's normal, maybe there's something different about your discharge? Consider re-asking your question.
