A member asked:

What to do if toddler is lethargic but has no fever?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Have him seen: True lethargy could be a sign of more than just infection. Severe head injury is just one thing that comes to mind. If he is truly lethargic, have him seen right away. Note, however, if he is walking around and talking to you, that is not lethargy. Listlessness, maybe, but not lethargy.
