Careful Care: Burns are the response of the tissues to injury from excess temperatures. It is simply inflammation which means increase blood flow to the area to promote healing. Depth determines care. Anti-inflammation medicines like Motrin or advil (ibuprofen) helps. Avoid any further damage such as excess cold or heat as this can cause more damage and scarring . Good skin cream applied daily/gently helps. Keep covered.
