is the honey and cinnamon remedy a hoax?

I'm afraid so: "today’s science has found that mixing honey and cinnamon cures most diseases". If this were the case, the leaders of the nations with the greatest spy networks wouldn't die of the same stuff that the rest of us do. Get real. Sites like this are practical jokes by people with twisted minds. I'm sorry you were troubled by this stuff.

Truth be told, these weird claims discredit the important work that's being done with real botanical / natural medicine. Honey as an effective topical treatment predates Hippocrates. Cinnamon has some interesting properties. At this time, feel free to experiment and if you are seriously sick, use these only as an adjunct.

Yes: Honey and cinnamon do not cure or prevent any diseases. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
