Use is spending $$$$: Gelatin is hydrolyzed collagen derived from useless animal parts including skin , sold by every health gurus , for arthritis , osteoporosis , etc with no valid scientific proof , unknowingly we all eating every day in various ways from medication capsules, variety of foods , jello . Jam etc used to keep the consistency of the food product.
