Are you in treatment: For non allergic chronic rhinitis? Like intranasal corticosteroids, antihistamines, anticholinergics. Oral agents less effective. Nasal saline irrigation may help. Also in the differential diagnosis is deviated septum, nasal polyp, hypertrophic turbinate, and other systemic conditions. Are you using afrin daily? May cause chronic rhinitis too. Your bump may be cause by enlarged turbinates. See ent.
