Combined OCP: There is not a great answer to this question. Many types of ocp's can be helpful in preventing large cysts from forming. However, this is not a fool proof treatment either. Many people will still develop cysts. I would recommend trying any combined tri or mono-phasic pill either to a cyclic fashion (monthly or quarterly periods) or in a continuous fashion (skipping periods) to see what works for u.
