Ketoconazole: Most treatments for baldness/hair loss haven't been shown to be effective, other than Minoxidil (rogaine (minoxidil) topical) and prescription Finasteride (propecia, proscar). Revita/regenepure shampoos contain ketoconazole, for which there are early studies suggesting some benefit in male-hormone related hair loss. The other ingredients don't have good evidence of benefit.
