Evaluation: You need to be evaluated by a physician to make sure everything is okay. Old blood could be weeks old, which is good. At 13 weeks, your uterus doesn't have contractions per se, but cramping can occur. Likely it's nothing and pregnancy is fine, but it's important to get checked out. Call doctor an make appt for evaluation asap.
