Jaundice: Yellow skin could mean that you have jaundice, a condition caused by an increase in your blood levels of bilirubin, and an indication that your liver may be inflammed. Hepatitis, a viral inflammaiton of the liver can cause jaundice, yellowing of the skin and the eyes, and a darkening of the urine. You should visit a doctor right away, to get tested and treated.
