See answer: Assuming the injection you received was testosterone, and depending on the dose (100-300 mg), it is unlikely that just one injection will adversely affect your baseline sperm count for any significant period of time if at all. Repeated injections however will have an adverse effect depending on duration with great variability from one individual to another.
