Thumb car door 4/52 ago swollen painful 4 1 day. thumb knuckle hard lump on it now painful if hit and cramp like pain if bent too muchwhat shud i do?

Get yourself seen --: By your gp or an ortho doc so x rays could be done to DX the problem. You could have a fracture or ligament/tendon disruption, and in all these situations you need to be treated, as otherwise you might develop long term problems. Good luck.
