My cycles are 30 days. towards the end of my period my cervix is extremely soft but the rest of my cycle it is hard. am i ovulating and is this normal?

Ovulation on 14th: Cervix changes its consistency during different phase of menstrual cycle including type of fluid coming out from cervix also changes depending on phase o f cycle. Ovulation happened in mid cycle like 13-14th from last menstrual bleeding.
