Most are scams.: Go through a physician with appropriate testing and supplementation only if necessary. Your libido may have dropped because of your weight gain and possible low grade depression and self esteem and rejection fears. Or you could have low thyroid or sleep apnea. Managing hormones correctly takes years of study. Don't throw your money away on a scientifically unproven fads that might not be safe.

Go to Physician: The difficulty with using otc drugs or supplements for something like this is that you have no guarantee of purity, consistency, evaluation or follow up. How do you know exactly what the cause of your symptoms is, how do you know what you are really taking, and how do you monitor and follow your progress? Go to your family physician and get a thorough evaluation.
