Unrelated: There may be many causes for multi-joint pain, but none that i know related to the amount or timing of semen production. Arthritis comes in many forms, one of which may be related to a venereal infection. If that has not been tested for, i would advise it be done as you seek an answer from your personal physician.

Doesn't work that: way. The presence of pre-ejaculate in your body does not cause joint pain.
