Fair to good: Any of the secretions of an excited penis can carry enough sperm to cause pregnancy, not just the "main load". The "pull out" method is more like russian roulette, only you are not shooting blanks, just lower caliber loads.

There is potential: Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile (however, don't know how promptly samples were examined).
