Varicocele: Varicoceles are usually non-tender, but are classically usually reffered to as a 'bag of worms' almost invariably in left hemi-scrotum. Surgical correction for pain is contraversial because pain often not relieved by surgery. Surgery most often performed for preservation or improvement of fertility.
