Week and a half old bee sting, now has hives?

Connection not likely : Hives 1 1/2 wks after having been stung by a bee are probably not from the sting but rather a reaction to some food eaten, medication being taken, a soap or shampoo or other substance to which you have been exposed, or even a reaction to a bacterial or viral infection. Antihistamine is often helpful along with cool compresses. If not better in few days, suggest evaluation by your primary care provider.
