More info please: Mild ssweating from exercise usually does not increase acne, but friction or occlusion, such as wearing a cap or chin guard, can increase problems on the forehead and chin. Sweating and occlusion will often cause follicultitis, or infection in the hair follicles by bacteria on the skin not usually associated with acne.
