None: According to the mayo clinic’s ‘book of alternative medicine’, 2010, second edition, ch.3 pg. 51: under ‘chasteberry’ it says: “there’s no evidence it reduces sexual desire.” {sic} however, the chaste tree extract had been used for centuries to curb libido. However, there are also reports of it being an aphrodisiac. If it effects libido you can always stop it. The question is if it helps wt loss.
