Sprained shoulder: Depends on the severity and what is injured. If only sprained options include rest, ice, nsaids, and eventual rehab exercises best guided by a therapist. Sometimes a cortisone injection can be helpful if inflammation is present. This can take several months to improve with conservative treatment.
