Nutrition: Fussy eaters do best when they are engaged with the choice. Ideas include string cheese, apple slices and peanut butter (for no allergy kids), shell macaroni (in a warmed small thermos), boxed milk, protein bars, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. Find 2-3 choices and rotate and establish a regular day routine so they are not surprised. Let them help pack the lunch the evening before!
