Low blood pressure, any precautions?

depends: If it's always low and it's in its usual range, that's a sign of health and there are no precautions. If it's usually higher and just low right now (for whatever reason), then you should be cautious to avoid suddenly standing from lying down or sitting if it makes you feel dizzy because you don't want to fall and hurt yourself.
