Maybe, maybe not: Depends on how long you've been trying. If you're under 35 and only trying for a few months there may be nothing wrong with you - it takes up to a year for many couples to conceive. If you're trying for a year and under 35, trying 6 months & 35-39, or you're 40+ and ttc, see a fertility md to check you for blocked tubes, low egg supply, ovulation or hormonal problems, or problems with your uterus.
