6 weeks: By 6 weeks after delivery a woman's body has completely readjusted to the non-pregnant state. What hasn't gone back to what it was before the pregnancy is unlikely to completely come back. A healthy lifestyle in general including exercise can assist in bringing back the former shape, but the genetic setup of a woman also plays a significant role.
