Nyquil: Nyquil is an OTC product first manufactured by P&G in 1966. It is intended to treat symptoms of the common cold. There are many forms of Nyquil . Some may contain sedating antihistamines, hypnotics or alcohol. If taken as directed by your physician , at night and at the correct dosage it should be allright. Sleepiness , hyperactivitiy and transient increase in Blood pressure can occur.
