How does a doctor calculate pregnancy when i have a 25 day cycle?

First day of last pe: If your cycles are regular, and coming every 25 days, then using the first day of your last menstrual cycle would be customary. Also, an ultrasound performed in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy is accurate to +/- 1 day, so this is a very accurate method of determining your due date as well.
