Dietary changes: A diet high in fiber and vegetables will stimulate colonic bacteria to produce the gaseous output that we technically term flatus. Examine what you used to eat, what you have changed and what you can modify. It is impossible to completely eliminate this part of metabolism but you can help things.

Perhaps low FODMAP?: Carbon dioxide and methane are produced by the gut flora (bacteria) that live in our intestines. Flatulence is the release of this excess gas / wind. The flatulence from vegetables may be contributed by high 'FODMAP' foods; fermentable carbohydrates that my contribute to gas production. You could choose some low 'FODMAP' options; see http://www.ibsdiets.org/fodmap-diet/fodmap-food-list/
