If i have thyroid does that mean i can't conceive baby?

Please clarify: Hi. Do you have hyper- or hypothyroidism? Has it been treated? Is your thyroid function now normal? Having normal thyroid function eliminates thyroid as a problem for pregnancy. If you had the most common type of hyperthyroidism (Graves), you may have antibodies that cross the placenta and cause a problem for the fetal thyroid; your OB would monitor for that. Good luck!
