There's some risk: What your partner does for a living is immaterial; the question is whether your partner has something catching. You can catch infectious mononucleosis and cytomegalovirus by kissing; you can probably meet herpes simplex and very likely gonorrhea. I'm skeptical about hepatitis b, and HIV isn't transmitted by kissing. Even if you paid for your experience, treasure it -- a kiss is priceless.
