Discuss w Psychiatry: Any change in the dose of your psychiatric medication needs to be discussed with your psychiatrist especially if you're combining it with another neuropsychiatric medication like Remeron (mirtazapine). Decreased libido can be a function of your depression as well and so it might not necessarily be your medication. Hope that helps and hope you feel better.

It can reduce ..: It can reduce libido, but there are other antidepressants to consider. Talk to your prescribing  psychiatrist & see if you should try a different medication. Speak with a psychologist about ways to boost your sex drive. Work on the issues leading to your depression, which may help as well.

Sure can: Zoloft (sertraline) makes part of the group of medications known as ssris (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors). One of the side effects is decreased   libido. All of the antidepressants except for bupropion (brand name wellbutrin) are known to mess up with that.

Change medicine: Zoloft (sertraline) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor which i presume you are taking for depression or anxiety.  Unfortunately, one of the common side effects is sexual dysfunction or low libido.  

It is not a good idea to take a medicine to combat the low libido.  It is better to speak your primary care doctor about your concerns and consider switching to another medicine.

I if you stop: Your buspirone, you are stopping one of the known antidotes to ssri sexual dysfunction and are possibly unleashing more anxiety symptoms that are detrimental to your libido. Stopping Abilify (aripiprazole) can lower your mood  and your libidos. In reality they all work at different serotonin receptor sites. And the combo may be offsetting the zoloft's antilibido effect by an as yet poorly defined mechanism.

Zoloft (sertraline) ; LIbido: Problems with libido can result from depression itself, in which case antidepressants like zoloft can help.  Unfortunately, a significant percentage of people also experience sexual dysfunction with zoloft and other ssri's.  Sometimes adding a medication like wellbutrin (bupropion) will help in such cases.  Gingko has also been helpful to some.  Please discuss with your physician.

listen to your body: Other approaches may work as well. It may be that high levels of histamine are contributing to abnormally high sex drive. An h2 blocker like Cimetidine or rantidine  might help. Seven weeks to emotional healing by joan larson discusses the effects of high histamine on the  brain and the vitamins and Amino Acids supplements that can be of benefit.

See details: Reduced libido is a common side effect of zoloft (sertraline) and similar antidepressants. It may improve with time but often it will not resolve unless the med is discontinued.

Effect of Zoloft?: I would not think that Zoloft would still be having any sort of effect in your system two months after stopping it. I would entertain other possibilities for your symptoms at this point.
