Strep test?: Was a strep test done?  Sometimes rashes and fevers are caused by viruses, and antibiotics don't work. Sometimes something that looks like scarlet fever can be caused by a  similar germ called staph.  If that's the case, a different antibiotic might be necessary.  Whether the test was done or not, the persistence of symptoms despite antibiotics suggests the need for further investigation.

Not likely: Rash under breasts may be due to hot- humid air.  Itchy eyelids and burning tongue not related. Do you have heavy breasts? Why did you take Zithromax? Fever?

Maybe allergic: The timing is obviously consistent with an allergic drug rash. However, stopping azitrhomcyin might not do much good. Azithromycin is very long acting and will be in your system another week to 10 days, even if you stop taking it now. So finishing treatment might not make any difference. Contact your doctor and follow her or his advice.

Unrelated: Drug rashes can appear within minutes to hours, a day is kind of a long period. If the rash is spreading or bothersome, call or see your doctor

Hard to say: Why did your son take azithromycin?  Was it unintentional?  How much did your son take?  What does "wqt side" mean?  When did he take it?  If it were 250 mg and more than 24 hrs ago then i would say that there is minimal risk at this point.  Your son may have an allergy to this medicine and until further notice should not receive this medicine in the future.

See your DR: Not enough information. Why the antibiotic? Itchy rash on ONE SIDE of the face only. This rash is not caused by azithromycin.

Go see her doctor!: S/he can determine if this rash (common reaction) is severe enough to stop medication.
