Dab H2O2 frequently : In spite of the saliva and the tongue touching the pimple most heal quite nicely. Wash with plain water frequently and keep it as clean and dry as possible. Another way is to dab it with undiluted 3% hydrogen peroxide available OTC in any pharmacy, as frequently as possible and it shd heal as well too.

Lip zit: Hot soaks may help, but time will be your best treatment. If it's that bad and persists, you need to see a dermatologist.

Pimple Care: warm compresses and bacitracin/neosporin where it is open. Dont play with it too much or it will becomemore inflamed.

Cold sore: A cold sore will develop a clear cyst, no puss.  If the the cyst you popped had puss it was most likely a pimple.  Also, cold sores usually occur at the same basic location over and over.

Folliculitis: Inflammation of the hair follicle occurs for many reasons, sometimes associated with shaving  and caused by a dull razor, sensitivity to the shaving product or friction by clothing.  Avoid squeezing as this can damage tissue and spread infection. Gentle cleansing with washcloth and soap is generally recommended, with doctor visit if not improving.

Sounds like comedone: or cysts. Try adding a topical retinoid to reduce their appearance. The white stuff is keratin that fills the cyst or follicle. Careful wit squeezing as it can lead to scarring
